I just bought a 2500HD High Country and was surprised it doesn't have Automatic Windshield wipers. The Suburbans and Tahoe's have it and the 1500's also I think. I have been in a Platinum F250 for the last few years and have gotten spoiled to not worrying about messing with windshield wipers. Why do they not offer it on these trucks?

The GMT900 pickups had them for a few years, then GM got rid of them. Same with the heated washer fluid. Why they kept them on the SUVs and not the trucks, Who knows. Probably the same reason the K2 SUVs had push button start while the K2 pickups still used a regular key.

My 2020 Silverado LT does !

The switch is mounted between my ears. When I sense raindrops on the windshield I automatically turn on the wipers. 46 years of driving and the damn switch still works !!  ?

They took away adjustable foot pedals, overhead handles and deleted the double row of door storage pockets also.

I miss the double decker door storage, lane keep and my auto wipers from my 2018 1500 Denali, pretty much miss the whole interior of that truck.
