64BAwagon Posted May 22, 2024 Posted May 22, 2024 I ran a Hypertech on my LLY Duramax with a tow tune in it. That truck had such an inadequate cooling system in it that it likely wouldnt take any extra HP/TQ. Gas is a different story, gains arent quite as easy. I am budgeting for an exhaust on my 2024 but thats about as far as I am going. I like the MBRP system Quote

My brothers diesel made short work of my trailblazer ss. Quote
Epsilon Plus Posted May 25, 2024 Posted May 25, 2024 I'm using a Pulsar LT on my truck. I got it primarily for modifying tire size (speedo correction) and the ability to lower the TPMS threshold. Currently on 37s @ 40psi with perfect GPS matched speedo and no TPMS warnings so it does it's job. As a side benefit, it does that whole throttle response improvement act. Really makes the truck feel peppy and "normal" instead of sluggish delayed dog crap like stock. Helps a good bit with the famous GM 2>1 downshift clunk as the throttle isn't allowed to restrict down or whatever is happening. It's no HP Tuners, but keep in mind HPT costs a fortune to apply, then you need to actually find a competent tuner to properly use it at another $600+. Then what are you really modifying for that almost $2,000 all in cost? Unless you are doing a camshaft change or SERIOUS engine work it's not worth the hassle for an intake/exhaust or whatever. 1 Quote
UWSkier Posted May 27, 2024 Posted May 27, 2024 patiently waiting for someone to make one of these for a 2024 system. Would love to adjust down my TPMS. I don't like the empty ride when aired up above the TPMS threshold. Quote

I don't like the empty ride when aired up above the TPMS threshold. Can already adjust the TPMS on a 2024. I adjusted mine to 55psi front and rear and adjusted the tire pressures accordingly with an Autel TS508. I can't adjust the tire size, etc but no problem with the tire placard tire pressures. Quote

Need to find someone local to do that for me or find a shop that rents them. Will ask the dealer but don't know if they'd be willing to do that. Quote
lineman1234 Posted May 27, 2024 Posted May 27, 2024 Strange, i have about 65 in the rear and 60 in the front of my 24 3500 and no dash light. It has been that way all winter, and it gets cold hear, so that psi would fluctuate a lot without a problem. I havent reset or told it anything. Quote

I think if you go below 60 in the rear, you'll see a warning. I like to run 55 on all four corners when I'm not towing the camper. Roads here in Arizona are great, but lots of places we camp, not so much. Just about rattled my teeth out around San Diego and Orange County last week. Quote
