The same shuddering noise is occurring with my driver door when going over a bumpy road. Any updates on a permanent fix? Thanks

Has anyone had any luck with a fix to this issue? I’ve had my 2020 3500 LTZ to 2 different dealers a total of five times now. All say they couldn’t recreate the noise. With the help from the dealership where I bought it we figured out how to recreate the noise by rolling the window down and shacking the door vigorously. The dealer says they can’t fix and I’d need to take it to a dealer with a body shop. Took it there twice to be told that  they were normal truck noises and if I had anything in the door pockets or that my seatbelt latch could tap the side of the door and make noise. I feel as though he talked down to me because I’m a woman. The second time back he told me it was normal truck noise and that I’m not familiar with normal truck noises. When I rolled down the window and recreated the noise he told me that the door needed the support of the window being up. With it down the door would rattle. SMH 🤦‍♀️

Definitely not normal.  I had my buddy ride in my truck because he didn't believe me that there was a problem.  When it happened, he was amazed.  We have identical trucks but his isn't like this.  My only thought is something went wrong with where the door latch or hinges are located on some of the trucks.

Didn't gm come out with some kind of afterthought hard tapered plastic piece that was screwed to the bottom of the cab jamb on the old heavy duty square bodies, to keep the doors from thunking on rough roads?

I know it's been some odd 50 years ago, but someone has to recall this also.

Tried something a little different, had some dense foam strip and mounted it on the upper side of latch guide. This has tamed down the thumping over bumps but still have a bit of rattle depending on outside temprature.

I had my dealer's shop foreman drive mine while I rode with him over a spot I knew would cause the issue.  The result it he now believes me that there is an issue, that the door actually moves, I call it flapping basically.  It's like the door isn't latched.  He's stumped as to how to do anything about it though.  There's no adjustment, I feel like perhaps the door is not mounted correctly in the frame, and it only happens to some of the trucks.  My buddy has a nearly identical 2022 HC that doesn't do it.
