Ok, so after many weeks trying to fix this.. I have a 2013 Silverado LT 4x4 extended cab 4.8L. A couple months ago I was driving thru deep snow and my parking lights went out. (not sure if that was a coincidence or not) Anyway.. I checked the 3 fuses under the hood, all had no power) I switched the relay for the parking lights, didn't fix. I looked at fuses, none were blown. I replaced the distribution block where tail lights plug in with lic plate lights and trailer lights. (was a little corroded, didn't fix the problem) If I run a power wire into the feed side of the fuse block under the hood ( half fuse goes into the power side other half goes to the lights.  ) the parking lights work... By the way all the other lights work (headlights, turn signals, brake lights) I tried looking for maybe a faulty ground but wasn't sure where one would be that connects just the park lights. Please help. Im at my wits end... Any help would be great

you have done extensive work on this already. If it were an easy fix it would have been done already.  Locate the wire from where these originate, through your normal fuse box, and just rerun the wiresthis way you are keeping the same fuse connections, and get power to what you need.  There are many inline wire splicers that work well.
