I purchased the Speed Turtle for my 2016 HC.  I am wondering if it uses power when the truck is off and parked.  I emailed the company twice with no reply and there is no phone number on the website.

I have version 2.0. When door is closed and all other dome lights go off, this little LED power light continues to blink. I generally leave it unplugged for that reason, though never had any issues.

Some people use their truck to do work and want to be noticed by others in order to avoid a collision.

Yea this shouldn't use enough power to kill your truck in three days
With push to start vehicles modules often stay stuck on and without having a computer to force these modules off only option is to unplug the battery for 30 seconds or start testing fuses to see what modules it may be.

I’ve had mine plugged in for 6+ days without starting the truck and no issues.
