2021 Silverado Equalizer Issue

Ok, I reset yesterday and today my setting are still there. I hope this resolved the issue!!!

I just did a complete reset of the radio this morning.

Settings are now working. Only been a day but it's longer then before.

Hopefully this solved it.

There is another post about this issue also.

So the Factory Reset has seemed to fix my issues with the radio.

I have to agree, been working fine and the radio comes on when truck is started.

Have you tried changing sources and checking? Even shutting down and then checking? Mine will do that. Once the source is changed sometimes it zeroes other times it’ll take till next startup to zero.

Browse the radio menu's to Settings > System > Return to Factory Settings

2) Select Reset Vehicle Settings

3) Wait to reset

4) Select Erase Settings and Personal Data

You will need to reset your stations etc.

I did both options listed forreset

the radio has kept settings since doing this

Doing the reset has also worked for me so far. I did the user reset. Has been about 4 days so far and hasn’t reset. I’ve switched sources and everything has stayed put.

I did the reset and i believe it fixed my problem as well.

Aside from the equializer not holding my settings, the (2) auto volume won't stay set, the (3) maximum startup volume won't stay set, the (4) audible touch feedback won't stay set.  SO, i will try the factory reset and see if that works before i take it in next week........SURE MISS MY HD RADIO capability....
