If you are going to go through the trouble to change the coolant, you might want to change your hoses if its not been done, as well as those HVAC couplings, which are a common fail point.  These items are pretty cheap and will keep you from being stranded down the road.  As Tx posted a good link to changing your coolant I wont bother commenting on that part.

Add t-stats to the list also

Yes, highly suggest changing out all the hoses and HVAC couplings.  May as well do the belts as well while your in there if they have not been done.  15yrs on them even if the mileage is low isn't a good thing.  Not expensive.
