Looking for a good magsafe mount and charger

My wife and I just got Iphone 13 pros, and I'm looking for a good charger and mount. Has anyone found one that's particularly suited for our trucks? I tend to dislike anything that uses the vents to mount to, seems like its just asking for something to break. God knows everything else does on this pile of ****** truck.

Have you looked into installing one on top of your storage compartment lid?

Put wireless charging in the center console lid? Or plug it into the outlet in your center console and leave it in there. Why do you need a mount in 2022? CarPlay does everything your phone does. And an iPhone 13 battery last like 3 days. Why do you need to plug it in while driving? I use my iPhone 12 Pro Max all day and it's at like 75% when I get home at night.

I personally don't like Carplay because it takes over the entire screen and I mainly listen to SiriusXM, so I can never see what is playing. Plus, in my '20 I have to plug in which I don't like or need to do. OP has a 2019 so he's in the same boat. Now if I had wireless that didn't take over the entire screen like my wife's Grand Cherokee L, I would use it. My .02.

Put the music info in the driver display. That's more convenient than the center display.

You can buy a wireless CarPlay adapter that plugs into the USB port on the dash, and they sell wireless charging mats specifically for the center armrest of these trucks.

I am personally looking to do the same, and can understand the need. It is great to have the ability to even HOLD the unit in a vertical orientation so that during Carplay use, you can have upcoming turn by turn displayed while the map is displayed on the Truck Screen. Additionally, most of us do not have wireless car play and are not that hip on spending $120 just for carplay to be wireless. Mag safe is a great thing and if I just want it up there, that should be enough.

Looking at trying this one but not sure yet. Was hoping to find a couple guinea pigs
