Robideaux Motors in Idaho will get you any GMC and/or Buick vehicle at $300 over invoice.  I ordered a 2022 GMC Yukon Denali w/ Ultimate Package at $83,845 MSRP and my order was priced to me at $79,379.50 and this for a Yukon in which every dealer is trying to hose everyone, mostly.  Some are selling them at MSRP.  This pricing includes GMC Sierra’s and Sierra HD’s.  All GMC vehicles.  Ask for Marcey, Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm, Work text is 208-410-6250, if you call it then it will go to the dealership but if you text it then it will get to her via text.  Pam is who I dealt with and she works Monday - Thursday 8am-5pm, work text is 208-547-6012.  Pam was amazing and super easy to work with and I still can’t get over the pricing they give.  I spoke to alot of dealers throughout the country and none would below MSRP and only a handful would give it at MSRP.  Tell them Nate sent you and I promise you won’t be sorry.

Some dealerships are employing a strategy to sell way more trucks and SUV's so that the factory would favor them over others. Interesting strategy, I ordered my 2022 Ford F-150 Limited from a dealership in Iowa that offered 3% below invoice so my $77,000 F-150 is $69,000.

Mark Dodge is using the same tactic in Lake Charles, LA.  They give 12% off MSRP.  Insane prices but hey if you get a good deal you get a good deal.  I'm not going to complain.  It's worked for them so far and they are busy as hell

A Dodge even at 50% off is a terrible deal, ha ha ha!

However, it is good to hear that there's a GMC or a Chevrolet dealership doing that! Now some have the option of saving at least $20,000 (at least I am since the local dealership is adding $20,000 mark-ups on their F-150 Limited trucks!

The local dealer here is selling them for roughly $2,000-3,000 below MSRP on 2022 trucks. Not sure what they'd be doing for the refreshed trucks and I haven't check their inventory on what high end models are selling for. The LT and RST's where below MSRP for sure.

But this honestly just sounds like you signed up here as a form of marketing that dealership lol.

So Nathan I'm curious what Pam at Robideaux Motors told you to expect for delivery time on your factory order. Availability of Sierra & Silverado HDs continues to be poor because of microchip supply issues, especially for top end Denalis that require more chips than lower trim models.

My dealer is running a similar sales pich this past week.  I got 2 mailings + 1 email attempting to get me to trade in my 2021 Sierra Denali.  They claimed I could get a ridiculous price for my used truck.  Of course no purchase necessary,  but if I wanted another vehicle I could order any 2022 GMC/Chevy/Buick for invoice.   I never responded, not interested in paying the state more sales taxes.

The timeline is unknown at the moment for my order but I’m riding it out.  I’m hoping 4 months especially silly since the Yukon factory is in Arlington is in full swing.  As far as trucks go, I would contact her and see what says.  I did a build order for a new Denali ultimate and she said she could order it at the moment.  I didn’t check on a HD.

Nathan is spot on about Robideaux Motors in Coeur d'Alene. I drove from Montana to pick up my AT4.

They had what I wanted in stock (it had arrived the afternoon before) and had excellent pricing as well.

Not trying to make this sound like an infomercial but RM was great to deal with.

I'll attach a picture of the day I picked up my truck. I was parked at a little roadside Mexican food place in CDA (killer burritos!).

Is tax in your state on the total price of the new one?

Here the tax is on the difference between the new and the trade.

Total price of vehicle (not msrp), trade in does not reduce tax

Here, tax is based on MSRP so getting $10k off won't do a thing.

I'm in California.. now if I show the DMV the papers showing the price I paid and brought in a new vehicle from out of the state, it's possible my taxes would be lower... will find out when my truck is done in 6-9 months from now.
