Here is the latest from our 2016 Suburban.  Running E85 really helped.  Wish I can switch the Silverado over 100%.  Dang GM for discontinuing Flex Fuel.

Thanks for sharing. What 5w30 oil brand, what year of Sierra? What gasoline and octane?  You using any fuel additives?
1289 Mg super high additive level. Using 1 qt in 8000  avg miles quite good for modern GM.
Fuels dilution is at least 1%. Wish Bklabs would join modern world of fuel  dilution readings using gas chromatography.

Tag on the report says ECOTEC3 which would make it 2014 or newer BUT his signature says 2010 LS. Good question.

Yes, what oil are you using @Leo Opalewski?

Here is another UOA on my 2019 Silverado 6.2.  This is the lowest fuels dilution to date as well as water.  But nitration is still too high.  Everything else is good.  I have been mixing E85 with 93 for this run at a 40/60 mix.  I also drive in L9 to keep DFM from activating.  Most of my driving is in town so no real need for all ten gears.

Sorry didn't recieve emails on this post for reply. I was running amsoil 5w30 with 2 cans of bg MOA. I'm also running amsoils dual bypass system. It was more like 15k miles. Because of the bypass my quart capacity is 8.

Looking back over this thread I see a lot of Ecotec3 5.3/6.2 guys using 5W30 instead of 0W20.

I also noted that in general the 5W30 motors have better wear numbers.

Except Nick, naturally. His 6.2 seems wear impervious. :D
