Rack creak

Having the rack creak with a lift and bigger tires. Only happens when basically standing still and steering and in really hot weather. I bought the truck used but it's probably the original rack. If I get a new rack is this going to keep happening? Or did anybody get this resolved? Was the rack updated to fix whatever weak part is causing the problem?

 

Just ask regarding this issue. I have a 2014 1500. 70k mi
