I'm really leaning toward this unit.  Looks nice, big, and clean

I was actually just researching that one yesterday! This one too

That's a d@mn big screen! I'll be looking into this one as well. I was also thinking about just keeping my stock 8  inch and adding the bypass adapter to watch DVD's on that screen.

My goal is to finally get this rear sliding window wired up next week. I am no expert but there is not a ton of info online about this retro-fit. I have come up with this diagram. I also ordered a universal power window harness to start from. If all goes well I will go in depth so if anyone wants to do this in the future there will be a guide.

Switch diagram that was provided (after I did some digging, the kit didn't come with printed instructions)

So, I know a while back you had a quick markup attached. I found someone had marked something up on here (couldn’t find the thread I came from so apologies if it is biting off whoever did it) that was basically explaining from point a to b, I was searching for something else and thought of this thread here. I haven’t verified it completely as I am not there yet. But thought it might help.

Alot of work but I now have a fully functioning sliding rear window! I will do a write up shortly but I used a universal power window harness, spliced it all together and boom she works!

I had trim my rear window molding to fit with the sliding rear window.

I also did some other interior touch ups. When I got the truck it had the plane work truck interior with the matte black dash trim. I added trim from a LT Silverado but I did not know at the time that the Sierra and Silverado LT trim were different until I added the steering wheel. So I got some OEM Sierra SLT dash trim, but that came with an issue. It had the holes for the factory heated/cooled seats which my truck does not. So after some brain storming I decided to use the factory switches that came with the bezel to make it look as factory as possible while using my aftermarket switches.

I found through trial and error this paint matches the factory console metallic gray/black very nicely

I also wanted to do something with the door and console trim, I really like the carbon look on the All Terrain but they are out of stock through GM, so I smoothed my textured work truck trim and wrapped it in some vinyl which looks fantastic I will link it below.

Here is a side by side showing the difference (if that is what you mean). The Silverado is a more glossy/metallic silver. The Sierra is a low gloss almost stainless steel look.

Yes the Denali has more of a bronze/silver look and the SLT was all Silver. I had two 2018's.  One was a fully loaded SLT. And now I have the Denali. The Bronze/Silver has grown on me. I just can't stand the wood grain door handle and console trim.

In my never ending quest to dress up this truck I ordered some chrome speaker bezels. They look nice but fitment was terrible would not recommend them. But after some massaging they came out nice.

Scored some winter wheels! 18's from a 2020 Tahoe but same as any K2 Silverado.

Where did you find the paintable fender moldings?

I used my factory ones, I sanded down the texture and used a really good adhesion promoter
