I am having the same issue with the LED headlamp/ turn signal module in my 2022.5 High country.  I have narrowed it down to high heat.  If the vehicle is in direct sun for hours( without the truck running) the unit will not work.  No DRL, no turn signal.  If the vehicle cools down ( again, not operating) it will work normal.

I can drive in 95° temps all day and it won't fail since airflow is happening, but if parked in high sunlight and heat, it will fail.  I have not been to the dealer yet, but afraid if I do it will be "no problem found" unless they park it in the hot summer sun for 8 hours.  The truck is typically in a garage, so this issue doesn't happen often.

Anyone else have it happen this way?

This is certainly not something we like to hear from our customers, and we would like to take the time to learn more about this headlamp/turn signal module concern you are experiencing. Hello,

I have a 2024 GMC Sierra 3500. Under 5k. Left trailer brake and blinker lights quit working about 500 miles ago. Truck is fine, problem is in the wiring for trailer. Taking it in this next week.

Curious to see if others with a 2024 Silverado HD have had the issue with the LED DRL's solved. Long story short, I bought a 2024 Silverado HD LTZ in October with 2300 miles on it. Was a GM pep vehicle I assume, never titled. My passenger side DRL went out Saturday and I had the fast blink and message to check right signal.    I already had a scheduled appointment at the dealership for Monday for the driver side running board LED not working. When I started it Monday morning to to go to the Service department the light was working again. Service manager says the Tech is still working on it.

The dealer replaced both of my headlight assemblies . it took 3 headlights to get a good pair but mine was done when the 24's first came out and they told me there was a problem with them. When they replaced the first set they used 1 original version and 1 new version. The original version still had the problem, so at that time i waited about 6 weeks for a new version replacement. I have since sold the truck but my buddy bought it and i know the front lighting is all fine.

Well that sounds encouraging, I just hope they are replacing it, since it was working when I dropped it off Monday. They said today they were just waiting on the driver side running board light, said it would be there tomorrow.

Mine did the exact same thing. It would act up and then be fine for a few weeks.
