My wife's '23 Suburban did this. I deleted the BT account and re-paired. I also hit "forget network" and re-entered the WiFi credentials on her iPhone. It worked after I did that.

Mine intermittently cuts out when using wireless. I posted but got 0 replies. Anyone else have this? Music just cut out while connected with wireless carplay?

I got mine finally fixed yesterday (Jan 09. 25). I had many email exchanges with [email protected]

Finally, they told me to take my 2024 Suburban High Country to a dealership and get the latest updates. Got that done and viola, the techs phone (iPhone 16) was able to connect, my son was able to connect (iPhone 13) but my iPhone 15 wouldn't connect.

So I called Apple support, here is what they suggested.

Be inside your vehicle and Open up Settings (on your phone) > Wi-Fi and select the "I" icon next to your car's Wi-Fi name. Choose Private Address and  set that to off.  (Mine was set to "off" already)

Then turn off "Limit IP Address Tracking" and then see if your car is able to connect wirelessly. 

As soon as I did what Apple suggested, I was able to connect. Fingers crossed. Lets see how long it lasts.

 

Previously, it would always hang up on "Check your phone for instructions and messages". See attached file named "Pic 2 - from vehicle"

I think one thing that should be stated with everyone having problems is trim level. Custom/WT gets a different radio setup that high trim packages. May be a difference?

 

Mines a custom. I've had it freak out with car play once. Had to delete my phone and start fresh again.
