Carpet inserts for Premium All-Weather floor liner

Hello all,

 

Last week I purchased a 2023 Sierra Denali. It came with the premium all-weather oem floor liners and carpet inserts. I just noticed that my rear driver side carpet is missing. Car is technically used with 6k miles and dealership isn’t being helpful. 
 

I can’t find replacement anywhere and doesn’t look like they sell them. Anyone have one they aren’t using or know where I can find one? Pretty bummed I’m missing one.

Unfortunately, GM always forces you to buy the full set or at the best, both sides of the front or rear.

 

On a number of vehicles I've tried to just buy the drivers mat as that gets the most wear. I've never been able to just get one. I just keep an eye on eBay to hope for a nice discount.

Check the auto recyclers too.

 

New ones get totaled sometimes.

Pretty sad after a person just spends 80 K on a vehicle and there not willing to swallow a couple hundred bucks if that for a lousy carpet...

@Chris Grier You bought this used from a stealership and they're not going to step up and make this deal right by getting you that floor mat??  I'd be talking nicely but firmly to the General Manger or owner!

Part of the entire rear floor mat set.  GM doesn't sell just the carpet section.

You could try Car-part.com they have late model stuff.

Did you find the replacement carpet?  I have the same issue.  Dealership not helpful at all.

Not sure if this helps, or if it is too late, however,

 

'22 Sierra HD, ordered with the rubber mats and when it arrived, the carpet inserts did not come along.

 

I questioned the dealer (the ordering manager) about this, as I expected the inserts to be included for those times of the year that a carpet would be nice. I was told GM does not include the inserts, however the OM said that, because they (dealer) change out the rubber mats a lot (after factory order), they always have some brand new inserts removed from vehicles laying around in storage.

 

He knew there were some in their storage container and said give him a week and drop back in and he would give me a set for free. However, due to circumstance, I was never able to get back to him.

 

Don't know who you actually spoke to, but if not, speak with the ordering manager, who is largely responsible for these things, and see if he/she has any laying around in storage or can keep you in mind when/if some show up.
