maybe its just a bad module for the bland spot monitoring .....

Be thankful you have codes. Mine absolutely does not work correctly but there are no stored codes related, and they "couldn't reproduce the concern" while they had my truck for three days.

Go look at the manufacture date on the battery, the build date on the truck, and the date that the truck was delivered to the dealer. You need to create some estimates on how long the battery may have been "sitting" without being charged, especially after having been delivered to the dealership. The AGM battery in my Camaro was bad from the day I drove it off the lot - that car had sat through a New England winter without being driven, started, etc. and the battery was damaged as a result (it will go completely dead in that car in about six weeks in cold weather if you don't actively charge it). It took almost a year before the dealership finally found the issue and replaced the battery.

I suppose I can check all that but

2024 model fresh out of delivery truck on the lot

and I just check the battery had 13.2 v charge in it

That voltage reading sounds way too high. How are you measuring and how recently was it driven?

well I just come back from work the truck sit for 20 min before I check

I use a volt meter to check

It may still be reading high due to the drive home. Check again after it sits overnight and see? I would be expecting a sitting voltage right around 12.6V

its strange because if I disconnect the battery everything work good until I let the truck sit for some time than looses connection

omg I cant believe this is happening with a brand new truck , what a shame for GM !!

Omg, I can.  Nobody makes a perfect vehicle.  Ram has electrical issues.  Ford has overall quality issues that include rust.  Toyota is having issues with door locks and turbochargers.  Nissan is just garbage.  Rivian has software issues, too.  Nobody goes to work and says, "I'm going to make the worst product possible, then pat myself on the back for a doing a good job."  Yet, your over dramatic comments indicate that's what you believe.  ****** happens.  It's unfortunate.  You simply won the lottery for bad luck this time around.  You have a warranty.  Go use it.  Hopefully the dealership gets it sorted out and fixed.

I have a 2023 AT4 and from day one when a car passes on the left about 60% of the time it also triggers the light on the right side as well. Nothing else around just randomly triggers both lights when passed on one side or the other. Dealer replaced both bumper modules but that didn't fix anything. I'm thinking there has got to be a programing issue or a bad chip somewhere. They have checked all the wiring and, of course it functions properly when they test it and no fault codes come up either. Even took the shop forman for a ride so he could see how it acted but yet seems to nothing from GM. Sure is frustrating at todays prices and they can't seem to get it right.

Have you had the communication gateway module recall done? Get that squared away along with ANY outstanding updates for software if you haven't. If that's been done, check your software and see if you need an update...

I had issues with a variety of things not working properly from day one with my truck, including the blind spot monitoring stuff (2024 RST). At two weeks old, after allowing an OTA update, all kinds of things started acting up. Dealer had it for a solid week and "found" (and fixed) nothing. On the way home, the truck went into limp mode and every error you could imagine popped up. Went right back and they had it ANOTHER week. Finally found issues with corrupt software in the communiation gateway, re-flashed it, and it was good afterwards. I would expect the recall would provide the same as that one module is critical to all of the inter-device communications in the truck...

Yes they have done all the recalls and talked to engineers from GM about it. I got a statement read to me from GM that the system is not perfect and can detect things like guardrails, signs and debris. I think that is pretty obvious that it could detect other things but the problem with that is I check when it happens and there are no signs or anything to pick up.
I put a call in to customer care and waiting to here back

My forward collision alert straight up FREAKED OUT when a dark red SEMI TRUCK was coming towards me in the opposite lane and there were no other vehicles around. The sensors interpreted all that red color as brake lights and, had I had the auto-braking enabled, my truck would have slammed on the brakes and I would have been rear-ended. GM's technology is, overall, very poorly implemented and not at all reliable.
