Can’t get my wifi to work and on star can’t figure it out either. New truck, should have 72Gig of data. And I can’t connect my phones hotspot either. Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?
TIA

New truck, dealer should have helped set it up. Mine did. Had my On Star transferred from previous truck to new truck and Sirius as well. On Star came with a 5 year paid up plan from the dealer. Hot spot has to have a password. Not sure about the phones. As I said, dealer took care of all of that when I picked the truck up.

Agree, its far from stellar performance.  I would not have it for wifi, but want to keep my posted speed limit and maps working.

Has it ever worked?  If not, back to the dealership and let them sort it.   If so, it may be your radio got fried.  The radio in my 2021 lost Wi-Fi and Bluetooth a few months ago, yet radio and Sirius still worked fine.  Radio was replaced at dealership.  Thank goodness for extended warranty!

I had this same issue after my purchase went through, after the dealership let me use the truck for a few days until my check came in.

I was on the dang phone with Onstar & GM rep's for over 2 hours.  Terrible support.   Finally an Onstar guy helped me with the following steps.

There is a hidden reset for the head unit.  With the truck on and running HOLD the 'end call' button until the head unit turns off (15 seconds).   It will reboot and takes a few minutes.

After it all boots up you may want to shut off the truck and open the driver door for "2 minutes".

If this doesn't work, go through the process of resetting the settings in the 'settings' menu of the head unit.  Reset & clear everything!

Finally got all my speedo stuff and data working after that last step.
