2020 Sierra Steering Wheel Locked

I started my truck with the remote this morning and when I went to drive away the steering wheel would not turn. I have pushbutton start so no key to wiggle. The transmission unlocks properly and shifts through all the gears but the steering wheel remains locked. Any suggestions?

As a thing to try is unhooking the negative battery terminal for about 15min and hooking it back up as this will reboot the computers in the truck, worth a try.

Yup that fixed it. Don't know what the cause was but hopefully it doesn't happen again.
