Ya know I have been having a little break in period over the 03's look. I have almost gotten used to the front end. but something was missing. (or added) I have been thinking about pulling the side trim. mainly cause of the great side trim shortage and chevy only having enough to do half the trucks or all the trucks with half the trim. :P Damm it looks soooo much better with the side trim gone. :D

now to dodge the door nicks :banghead: pics will be up tomorrow.

Beautiful truck. :thumbs::)

Question, though. What about door ding protection since that is now removed.

I am praying everyone thinks my truck is SOOOOOO pretty they stay away :)

Actually i do worry about that and to make matters worse I work at a University. College students are the worlds worse exspecially when it's a rich kids school. these morons will walk out in front of cars without looking while walking or run the stop signs while driving. I feel like I am putting my life on the line every day. I have many scratches on my 96 monte's hood and trunk because they think any car parked next to them is thier own personal shelf. then those @$$holes DRAG thier crap off. school just started and I have 6 new scratches. Oh how I hope I catch one of these little brats doing it. momma and daddy and thier insurance company's would not be happy. oops enough ranting.

my "plans" are 3" body lift when it needs tires. and probably 305's I really like the black helio wheels. I need to get the bed liner put in. I am going to go with herculiner and self install. I will be getting some vent visors very soon. Impossible to have the window cracked during the rain. This is a priority. also some smoked headlight covers. from the pics i've seen the headlight covers look great. after that some black nerfs and a big ass brush gaurd. after it is closer to paid off I will install a 4" susp. undecided on brand.

I have a question guys which vent visors stick on or in the channel?

just dont expect in window channel guards for an extended cab window... no workie!

oh... and want to keep your trim but make it look more in place on the truck? fender flares fill the front gap nicely, and almost all the way on the rears!
