Mcgaughys 3/5 Drop

I know aside from a leveling kit doing a big lift or a big drop might void your warranty especially becuase theres cutting and grinding involved but most of the dealerships that I go to there policy is if the modification is the cuase of the problem then it will not be warrantied. As for finding the best price go to google and type in Mcgaughys then the part number and try your luck with that. Thats what I usually do when trying to find the best price.

Does anybody know where i can buy the mcgaughys 3/5 drop kit for cheap? And does this totally void your warranty?

I did a McGaughy's 2/4 drop and it didn't void my warranty. I am thinking about a 3/5 because mine doesn't seem low enough. However, I don't want to sacrific the ride quality too much so I might leave it.

I bought my kit from www.streetbeatcustoms.com.

i have used belltech leafs / bumpstops / and Nitro drop2 shocks for 150 dollars. only used for 1 week. follow sig. hyperlink for a pick with them on. About 5 inches, but rode rough and couldn't tow anything.

Yeah, I am thinking that I am not going to go 3/5 even though it looks better. My truck literally rides like a stock truck with 24's, which is awesome. That is the first thing everyone notices.

Nevertheless, I am sorting out some drive line pinion angle issues though. It seems that when they did the flip kit in the rear and installed the new hanger it really threw off the pinion angle a lot. Looking to get some shims this week to get it all sorted out. Keeping my fingers crossed because I have vibration at certain speeds under acceleration and the chassis shackes when slowing down off the freeway a little.

Streetbeat is in Phoenix so I had the luxury of driving down there to pick up my kit. I would go lower but the ride quality won't be worth it to me. I know it would look better, but right now it rides close to factory, which is cool.
