I"m trying to figure out what's causing the fog lights to go off when main beam comes on. I'm thinking, we can buy a $10 relay and replace the stock one with this different one.

Also, someone else on here wants fog lights to come on whenever a the lights are on.

Either way, I apreaciate you taking the time.

That's what I wanted the wiring diagram for also. My last car (a Mazdaspeed 6) the fogs were disabled when the high beams came on by removing the ground. Pretty simple mod in the fuse box, and presto, the fogs stayed on when the high beams were on.

edit: Oh, and thanks again for uploading your information. That's the kind of stuff that makes these forums very useful.

and just finished with the door panels for the GMT800 series trucks as well (for some reason, the most recent edits that I have done are not displaying in high resolution, but I am still able to enlarge them to a good degree)

Hey Mike,

Thanks for those diagrams...they kick as*...i was wondering what do you think is wrong when the bumpers sagging down. I know it got hit but it was only a fender bender(if you can even call it that) I can get some pictures for you tomorrow if you think it will help. Im just not sure what part of the bumper or bracket is messed up, and I dont want to get a bunch of parts to figure out its only the bumper bracket or the air dam or something small. Anyway what do you think it could be? Thanks again for all your help.

either the Impact Bar Bracket and/or the brace itself could be messed up. worse case scenario, the front end frame may be bent......take some pics and we will see what it is..........

M. Cueva,

Looking into installing fog lights on my NBS, thanks for the diagrams they are helping me a lot. Quick question: Do you know where to connect the fog light harness into the underhood fuse box? I look under the fuse box but there was no numbering system. I will post some pics later on to get more guidance.

Thanks in advance!

well a few things i am interested in (you already posted up some)

the headlight assembly / mounting diagram ... it could be the whole front end for that matter ...

the front speaker wiring, (trying to figure out how the tweaters are wired up with the rest of the system)

and could you tell me by looking at what you have available .. what the differences in between the W/T styled 'truck' interor .. and the lux interior (interested in the door assy, panels latches, linkage etc for a possible door panel conversion)

of all the rides i have owned, GM is by far the hardest one to get ahold of stuff for .. all my dodges and fords i could get PDF files that contained all the P/N's and such of what i was looking for ...

the real difference between the two is the middle console, the glovebox and the seats and panels, think of the GMT 800 without the middle console and that is the big difference. the other being the dash itself, the LTZ dash is formed like a T (unlike the GMT800 which was the same dash with a different piece for the console. I can post the differences, but I will say that you have your work cut out for you. This is alot more than the GMT800.....

well i am interested in just the door assemblies .. wanting to move my handles up to a bit higher spot from where they currently are located ...

not wanting to change out the dash if that is what you were thinking ... i prefer the w/t 'work' interior .. other then the placement of the handles on the door ...
