I just wish NASCAR was more consistent.  They knew when they threw the caution they wouldn't have time to restart, why not throw the red flag right then?   If they stopped last week's race then they should've stopped this week too.

Just my opinion.

Races end under caution.  That's something that happens.  I'm glad they don't throw the red flag all the time just to end under green.  There weren't enough laps left today to warrent the need for a red flag.  Besides, Sterling would have probably gotten out and gave his car a tune-up or something this week.  ha!

This is just one of the reasons I hated when NASCAR decided to throw a red flag last week.  If you throw the red flag one weekend, you have to do it all the time or else it is not fair to all the drivers.  There was plenty of time for them to stop the race and clean up the track, but for some reason they decided not to.  If I was Sterling Marlin, I would be in the NASCAR trailer as we speak, wanting to know why the inconsistancy.

But if you ask me, none of the races should be red flagged at the end.

Sterling Marlin had a real problem with that too...

he didn't get a chance to climb out and straighten his fender!

Seriously the Roush 17 car was dominent in the last half

of the race. Want to experience tight? Drive into an exit

ramp at 70 mph,  then mash the throttle, it's kewl!

Kenseth was dominate, but Marlin had a good car too.  And I don't know if Kenseth would've gotten around him before if he hadn't got into that oil or whatever it was on the track.  I think Marlin may have been able to get around him if they had Red Flagged it.  Even if he couldn't have, it would've been a good finish.  IMO they should've thrown the Red Flag.

I see that Kenseth's car was a quarter inch too low at post race inspection.  Wonder if they will treat him the same as they did Jr. last year or if they will slam him harder.
