2009 Headrest Removal

I have an older friend who just got a new#K2500 and wants to put seat covers over the cloth seats to ease sliding in the seat. Whats the trick to remove them. Older models had a pin hole that released them but none on this truck.

  Didn't I read where if Gm does the valve body on the "Allison", you get a 10yr/150k warranty? Kinda wish mine has a minor blip around 24k. Get a free trans service, and a pile of warranty.
