Newbie Intro

Hello, all.  I just heard of this site thru another BB, so I figured I'd check it out.  MountaineerTom and Ryanbab are a few of the familiars in other forums that I'm a member of.  Lots of useful info floating around here, so I think I'll stay around for a while.

Currently, I only own a Chevy Malibu, but I've been a GM truck fan since my early teens.  I'm looking at my next vehicle being a truck, I just haven't yet narrowed it down to which GMC/Chevy it will be.  Hopefully your impressions will help me out.

Well, that's about all I've got to say for now, but I'm looking forward to learning and helping out when I can.  Thanks.

I had a '98 Malibu for awhile and was very impressed with it.  In fact I was hard pressed to believe it wasn't foriegn.  Everything was exactly where it was supposed to be...

actually, Jeff, I'd love to be able to get my hands on a '68 C-10 and go nuts on it...   canyon carver setup, lowered (not so low that it requires airbags or hydros) 4-link or IRS, don't know yet about the engine...  perhaps a 383??  But it'll have to wait until I can get some $$$$$.
