The new one is 2.75" thick. I'll have it mailed out tomorrow. Its packaged in bubble wrap. What you see in the pic is what you're getting. Cooler, hose, hose connectors, and clamps.

It hurt yesterday after the radiator swap. So I went to the local hydraulic shop and had them do it

I had to make a bracket so here is a before and after

I bought a piece of 36"x1"x1/8" Aluminum (gotta save weight ) flat bar at Home Depot along with some 5/16" bolts, washers, lock washers, and nuts to make a top bracket for the cooler. It was only bolted on the bottom.

So rush hour with the new cooler in the morning. We will see how temps go. Also afternoon rush hour on the way to class tomorrow evening

Looks good! I guess your back is better

My back is never better, but I have a 2 hour drive to class tonight and I wanted it secure. There and back in 1 day is 250 miles.
