Put my toolbox (trunk) and spare tire back in the bed. Got gas for $2/gallon. Not sure where the family has decided to go this weekend but I didn't want the first stop to be the gas station.

It's funny gas prices always spike on Friday, diesel gets jacked up on Monday.

It seems like it's impossible to find synthetic in drums around here. Only one I found, it was cheaper to buy by the 5qt.

Yup, had the exact same ones on my old truck and loved them. Worth the extra 200 or so as well. Though I got 15% off of mine and it made a little difference. Think the hardest part was getting the old y pipe and back off cause of the rusted bolts. We ended up cutting the exhaust off

I installed a Dorman (carbon) cabin filter retrofit kit then drove to our oldest son's house to help him hang about 20 sheets of drywall in his new basement rec-room.
