Doesn't look that impressive tbh from those pics. We will see soon enough.

I kinda like it... I didn't notice it as much in other pics, but in these those definitely are split headlights, I wonder what made them decide to do that? They look good to me

fracken GM and their stupid column shifters.. I wish to gawd they would do away with that crap.

What's wrong with column shifters? Where else is as convenient as the column? Not trying to start an argument just curious as to what's your opinion.

I actually prefer my bench seat in my new truck to the last two I owned with consoles. Point being, they are always gonna have to have column shifters available for the bench seat models even if they do switch to console shift on the higher end models.

Nothing wrong with column shifters. Easy to work and out of the way when it comes to a cold beer

column shifters are fine for vehicles with PRND L, but for vehicles like my Avalanche that has the "auto stick" feature allowing for manual control thru the gearing of the 6 speed, a column shifter with a push button manual shift mode is IMO retarded.

If they are going to put a auto/manual transmission in the vehicle then the proper place IMO for the shifter is on the floor with a "tiptronic" action, not a column with a button.

Looks a lot like the current body on the outside. I do like the lights, not too crazy about the interior

To old-chevy-dude,

Now I see what you meant and fully agree. That would be smart but...can't have any of that in today's world.

Like I said in the other thread, HD grille, old Dakota wheels and 6.5' bed. I like my GMT900 center console better digital temp and what not.

I manage do downshift the truck on long exit ramps and such extremely easily with a column shift. I never shift it as if it were a manual though, that's stupid. I do like being able to lock out gears though (as in leaving it in M4 around town to keep it out of overdrive. I hate console shifters, it eats up leg room to have that massive console and the few times when some asshat parks right on my drivers side so I can't get in, I can easily shimmy over the bench. It was much harder in my Taco or the Subaru I had previously, but that was a manual.

For some reason, I have a feeling I will be liking my gmt 900 with the 6.2 more and more.......
