The traffic here is crappy all of the time when it only used to be weekends, the west coast is way ahead of us here on the east coast when it comes to roads/highways and moving people around!

Hardly. California is a mess in just about every major population center and so aren't many bigger cities in Washington state. Then on city level roads you have the stupid Utopians ditching vehicle lanes for bike and pedestrian pathways and some places are outright hostile toward vehicle owners. Never mind the stupid emissions BS of the left coast.

Mike as much as you said you have been on the highways here, I'm sure you have passed through Bakersfield. I live here. Its a good size city. About 400,000 people. Traffic isn't bad. The idiots I dealt with on the interstate today were from out of state. Just pulling out in front of me while I'm doing 75. One was from Pennsylvania, one from Michigan, and one from Colorado.

I don't think I've been there. Been to San Diego (this is what the Beach Boys were talking about when they wrote California Girls lol), LA, Malibu/Calabasas, and all over the Bay Area as its still an incubator for tech companies. The first couple years at this job I was in Cali almost monthly, now I go maybe once a year.
