Why would you go for a challenge when the news reports your name for doing a big news killing like a school, I know nobody died, but news reports that's part of the problem. These crimes should have "unknown" tagged to the criminals that would cut out people who are looking to make a mark.

Most mass shooters want the glory and recognition or "high score." Many are trying to break the record in terms of number killed in a single incident. There is intel that Al Qaeda had planned to target schools with children no older than middle school age. You don't want some high school football or wrestling team opening up a 55 gallon drum of whoop ass on you. Again, they want victims....not a fight.

I'm glad that they were able to diffuse the situation. Hopefully the injured will recover and the shooter will get some help that is effective.

Amen to this guy. This country was founded on the basis of firearms. What do you think stopped the Japanese from coming all the way to California during WWII?

 

I think the Navy stopped them. Anyway,

I read an interview with a CIA analyst over scenarios on an invasion into America. He said the coasts and big citys would be taken For commerce, but the invaders would just isolate the rural areas because they would be too well armed to try to seize, he losses and trouble wouldnt be worth it.

 

And remember folks, just because the country does, this site does not give freedom of speech. So stick to facts and not opinions to make your case.

 

Switzerland I require every males when he turns 20 to have an automatic weapon. And it has less gun murders than New York city, which has the strictest(or close to it) gun laws in the USA.

 

 

In Tulsa a few years ago a gun went off at a show when someone was testing it and shot someone. Idiot didn't checked the chamber properly. But how did it get loaded? I heard from a Sheriff Deputy they tracked it down to a anti gun person that had been walking around putting ammo in guns.

 

I think this site badly needs a political section. All the sites I have been too that had one had a lot less issues with politic blowout than this site, with few and more mature member does. I frequent a site that has double the members, with probably a half the average age. The political section gets rough, but it all stays there, because people have somewhere to put it.
