C25A1guy Posted July 31, 2014 Posted July 31, 2014 Ugh, so hot in the office. I think the thermostat is reading 98 degrees. A/C broken and not really deciding to fix it since lease is up near the end of the year.
Chris Posted July 31, 2014 Posted July 31, 2014 Ugh, so hot in the office. I think the thermostat is reading 98 degrees. A/C broken and not really deciding to fix it since lease is up near the end of the year. AC in my house is set to 80
C25A1guy Posted July 31, 2014 Posted July 31, 2014 AC in my house is set to 80 Yeah, at least I have working A/C at the house and I have solar, so I don't mind keeping it running 24/7.
cobrajet84 Posted July 31, 2014 Posted July 31, 2014 AC in my house is set to 80 you know its too hot when the a/c is at 80, lol.
Chris Posted July 31, 2014 Posted July 31, 2014 you know its too hot when the a/c is at 80, lol. 80 isnt bad. Its 102 outside right now Yeah, at least I have working A/C at the house and I have solar, so I don't mind keeping it running 24/7. I dont have solar and keep it at 80 24/7. My power bill is only about $120
cobrajet84 Posted July 31, 2014 Posted July 31, 2014 Debating Cooper HT3 or AT3 AT3 looks much better imo.
Daryl LBZ Posted July 31, 2014 Posted July 31, 2014 AT3 looks much better imo. That's what's on my truck now. I might go with them again. They're a nice tire.
white1500 Posted July 31, 2014 Posted July 31, 2014 Forgot to mention that I reached 222,222 miles a few days ago.
MikeNH Posted July 31, 2014 Posted July 31, 2014 Been in Germany since Saturday. I fly home today. Been a nice trip. Got to drive one of the diesel Golf wagons (Jetta wagon in the US) our company has here. Nice in town but gutless on the highway. But it also had 5 of us in it. lol
white1500 Posted July 31, 2014 Posted July 31, 2014 I just did some maths and if I'm right, I'm still averaging about 10mpg! I know its a truck but damn its bad. Out of 14x miles on 3/4 of a tank 40 miles were highway, with the rest being short (3miles) city drives with a lot of start ups. The latter type of driving is killing me, and I'd love to spend that money on better things.
kstruckcountry Posted July 31, 2014 Posted July 31, 2014 My pickup got 18.3 on my last tank, lol. I get 14 or less driving to work.
white1500 Posted July 31, 2014 Posted July 31, 2014 Each and every Saturday she is started up some 15 times throughout the day so that might have something to do with it. lol And I wonder how much of an impact the exhaust manifold leak has on fuel economy. I'm missing two bolts on the left bank and I can definitely smell it.
LongrangeLauber Posted July 31, 2014 Posted July 31, 2014 Just filled up the day before and did the math. I averaged 13.8 mpg. Not bad for a truck on 35's an 10" of lift. Keeps getting better every time I keep my foot out of it lol Sent while in 'Murica...
Chris Posted July 31, 2014 Posted July 31, 2014 My in town is 13.8. I have not gone out of town for class in 2 weeks and I am averaging 13.8. Normally when I go out of town for class my weekly average is usually about 16.4
