5spd Swap in 89 Sierra

Hey guys. I bought an 89 GMC Sierra K1500 a couple of weeks ago. It has a 350 in it too. It has a turbo 350 trans in it now which I'm not a complete fan of. I had a 95 Sierra with a 5spd in it and absolutely loved it, Looking to make this truck I got a manual. Any idea on what a good 5spd trans to use? Will I need to make any modifications to the drive train...like a different transfer case or axles? Do I need to get a different PCM? Any information would help.
