I think it is not the first project of this handyman.

 

The house I'm currently renting seems to be build the same way.

 

When a train drives by (distance appr. 500m as the crow flies) the house starts to shake and is rattling like Grannies teeth.

 

And from what I can see on job sites....it could be a Canadian as well...lol
