I recently purchased a 16 high country 1500. I couldn't decide what to do to get it just right. I spent countless hours on this forum. It helped me very much looking at what other guys did with their trucks to get mine right. Thanks very much to so many people that have posted pics and comments. Without it, I would have never got it like I wanted it. So, I need to post so maybe I might help the next guy. 2016 Chevy high country 1500 4wd. 4 1/2 inch zone lift, 295 65 20 toyo m/t with factory rims. No scrub.. Trimmed the front air dam a little because it was so close but it probably wasn't necessary.

If you have time...what is the height to the roof?

Cmysstailights,To answer your earlier question.Yes the airlift Springs in the back and the rc 3.5 lift in the front will work. But I wouldn't do it. Your ride will really stiff. The 3.5 kit is basically a leveling kit and they are stressing the the front end to achieve the height. All the 3.5 kits are this way. Do your research and you will see what I mean.

Thank you for your input. The airlift is the load level kit im interested in doing. Maybe just do a bigger tire and forget the lift. Bot looking gain a lot of hight just a little to get the look right.

Looking for some input, if you have a negative comment don't even bother. This is my first vehicle and this is what I could afford, 14 Silverado 2wd v6 with the 3.23 gears. I read pretty much all the threads. I like how lifted trucks look and I'm currently on a level with 33s and the truck performs just fine. I want to do a 6"lift but keep my 33s. I know this gear ratio isn't the best to go with 35s and honestly I don't have money to throw like that. Will adding a 6" lift have a big effect on my truck? Like messing up the gears or does that only get damage when trying to push bigger tires? What are the cons of doing this to this particular truck? Thanks in advance
