Hey bro.... To answer ur question..

Tire size and mainly weight are what slow your truck down. I do think a 6in with 33s will look like your truck skips leg day tho if thatbis the look you are going for then by all means.

If you want to run 33s i would suggest a 4incher.

If you are looking for an economic option why not add a 1.5" body lift to your level.

This is where I'm torn. It appears a suspension lift may be cheaper than a body lift. My local shop gave me quotes on both

$1000 3.5" Rough Country suspension lift with UCA's

$1800 1.5" Body Lift

The suspension comes with a lifetime parts and labor on the lift. Mine is almost always on pavement. Mostly for looks

Good lord.... Get a different shop!!

There is no way they can charge that much for a BL.... That is criminal!!!

My 4 1/2 zone cost 1900. Mounting and balancing tires and front end alignment included plus 9 percent sales tax. I'm happy

I'm guessing your local shop doesn't like doing body lifts and thats why they gave you that price.

Yeah, for some reason body lifts here are an expensive install. A couple shops tell me that the 8hr install listed on the website is not accurate. They say it's 10 or more. The suspension lift is only 5hrs.

Question to all the guys that did 35s or bigger. How many of you re-geared? Was it worth the extra cost and did it help out acceleration/ lose top end speed by a lot? Did you guys go with the Detroit TrueTrac diff? Also, what gears, wheel and tire setup, and lift did yall go with? Thanks in advance.

The zone BL 1.5" is a $150, they are charging you $850 for an install that you can do yourself.

Find a better shop!
