Those look more like stamped steel from that view.

Look into the BDS 6” kit which does work with magnaride and is a great kit

So any ideas if I for sure have the stamped steel control arms?  That's the only holdup I have in ordering my lift kit.  Also pretty sure I'm going with BDS, as long as there's no rake.  Anyone know if BDS 6" with Magneride sits level?  Thank again.

Take a pic of the front of the lower control arms and with a 5” block and no add a leaf the bds kit should sit level

Beautiful and kinda what I'm looking for on my 2016 1500 Denali. Did you have the magneride as mine does and I'm not sure if I can do the 4" BDS coilovers on mine?

No you can’t. BDS only offers the 6” kit that’s compatible with magnaride. The info is listed on their website.......

Yes thanks, I did see that but I guess I was wondering if it’s compatible with the Sierra 1500 Denali’s system at all—in other words if I replace the magneride with the Fox coil overs will it screw with the vehicle’s electronics?
Is there a 4” suspension kit available for the magneride so I wouldn’t have to jack with new shocks and/or the system as a whole?

I’m pretty sure you new to keep all the stock shocks, so the Coilovers won’t work. I’m not sure if any 4” kits will work with magnaride, which is one of the biggest reasons i didn’t get a Denali

Actually I didn't know you can't get rid of the magneride shocks. That's a bummer, but good call on your part to recognize that early on. I don't want to go to a 6" lift, so with no lower suspension lift options out there for me I guess it's time to trade in the truck then ;-)

I meant to type “need” not “new” lol

I think you NEED to keep the stock shocks......

You're correct. I just saw on the BDS website that you can't remove the Magneride because they're tied into the ABS, computer, etc. Rough Country does a 3.5" for Magneride, but I sure would like a 4" BDS kit whenever that comes out.

If bds did a 4” i think I’d have a Denali!

So, I have a 4.5 in zone lift on my 2017 Sierra 1500.  Currently using the spacers that were in the kit but would like to upgrade to fox coil overs or another like brand.  All I seem to find are the coil overs that fit a 0-2” lift or 0-3” lift.  Does anyone know if a coil over is made that will work on a 4.5 inch lift without the need of a spacer?  Part number?

thinking about maybe bumping up to a 6-6.5” as well so if you know of and that work at that height as well it’d be appreciated.

The fox Coilovers off the bds 4” kit will work. Contact bds or check their site for the part number

For the 6.5” kit that would be a different Coilover.

I've got a 2015 GMC 1500 275/65/20 Goodyear Duractracs with a 2 or 2.5" leveling kit and am looking into getting a 4" lift kit. I'd like to keep my stock wheels but am afraid a 4" lift will make my wheels/ tires look too small. If anyone has a 4" lift with stock wheels can you please post so i can see how it looks. Thanks!

Anyone having a squeaking noise after installling lower leveling spacers? I have a 2WD and did the 5" knuckles first and drove it like that for. Couple weeks then added the spacers and now I have a aggravating squeak coming from the front drivers side suspension. It's driving me crazy, truck only has 2800 miles on it
