2014 Window Tint

I did 50% on windshield, 20% on front 2 doors to match the back 2 doors & 5% on rear.IMG_4819.jpgIMG_8755.jpg

You windshield is at 50% or you got 50% out on it? If it is at 50% then how is it at night? And for heat resistance? I have very much considered getting mine brought to 50%. Would help during the day quite a bit.

Got the whole windshield tinted at 50% id go for it man, helps with oncoming headlight glare at night, keeps inside a little cooler i would say being most sunlight passes through the windshield, no issues at all driving at night. No issues with cops yet either, you wouldnt know its tinted on a sunny day unless i told you it was. i wouldnt go no darker than 50% on tinting entire windshield though. Ive had 35% before on a previous vehicle and got a ticket

Ive had 35% before on a previous vehicle and got a ticket.

50% was my darkest intentions. At this point I'm thinking of just waiting till my brake tag expires and then get a new one and tint the windshield then. That way I can get on a 2 year schedule for getting it tinted (just cause here you aren't supposed to have the windshield tinted below 70% and the windshield comes stock at 70%.

yea thats what i did, got the 2 year brake tag then went got the whole windshield tinted lol. You'll be glad you went with 50% on the windshield.. let me know once you get it done.

Oh it'll be a while! I got a year left on the tag. Just don't want to pay $150-200 just to have it tinted for a year. Since we can't tint the windshield legally, shops around here wanna screw your on the price.

Yea. I'm looking for a shop with a better price. If I can find one for $120 or less then I'll do it.

Cool. im located in plaquemines parish thats south of new orleans. i got it tinted though in Gretna, louisiana if you know where that is. its on the westbank

Oh yea I do! What shop? Wouldn't mind making that drive. It's not too far and would be worth it!
