Been a few times with my '15 (2WD) that I wished that I had 4WD, even out in the dry desert trails/roads.  Looks like this was kind of "in my backyard."

I just picked this up a week ago.  I USED to be a FORD guy BUT I have made the move to the DARKSIDE and am never turning back!

JimCost2014, Not sure how that idea came about, I have been using those pieces of 2x6 for a few years. I will say that if you do this with a lower ground clearance vehicle, I recommend cutting the one end at a 45° angle to drive up on with. When I drive my other car onto them they tend to want to stand up and catch the plastic on the underside of the front clip. The truck does not do this. All in all it makes the job easier.
