Washed it, clayed it, sealed it and waxed it. 4 hours later it was raining very hard.

Man isn't that the way it goes sometimes. Take pride in that water beading!

I just love driving a clean vehicle, inside and out. I bought some leather cleaner and conditioner.

I love when you condition the seats they're so smooth you just slide in and out. Also when the outside of the truck is so clean when you look in your side mirrors your truck reflects everything around out.

Would you mind sharing how you wired the lights?? Or you made your own harness?

The power wire from the door sill is basically is plug into slot #1 "Gray plug from the BCM. The ground wire is grounded to the body" driver side panel.

Piece of cake. lol

Well after about 18 months of service my powder coated raptor nerf bars started to develop some serious rust, I emailed the MFR for a warranty claim and asked if I could swap 'em for the stainless bars and they obliged, I paid the difference in cost of $100.00. The bars showed up yesterday and I put 'em on. I was surprised that these didn't last that long given the ten year warranty but, hopefully the SS bars will hold up even though I like the looks of the powder coated bars.

Where did you get those illuminated door sills? Am I missing something or do you have 2 drivers side sills?

The sills is listed for the Tahoe/Suburban .but it also fit the Silverado since they have the same frame.

The Z71 sill is the one that came with my truck.. pictures is for comparison between the Silverado and the Tahoe illuminated sill.

I bought them here: http://www.ebay.com/itm/2015-Tahoe-Suburban-Illuminated-Door-Sill-Plates-Black-22933513-Genuine-OEM-GM-/231539933859?fits=Make%3AChevrolet%7CModel%3ATahoe&hash=item35e8db02a3&vxp=mtr

How does it work for the passenger side? Is there a wire that runs over?

Today I took the Pro Comp rims off and put the factory 18's back on. After realizing I don't use this truck as a truck, because the '91 does everything. This truck is basically a commuter for me and I don't need that big of a payment for that. So the truck is being traded in on a 2015 Escape AWD, it's my first Ford since my 05 F150, but it was a really good deal and I even made money on the Silverado… I hate to see it go, but I could use that money on other things (looking at buying a 78 4 speed Malibu coupe)…

I'll still be around with the '91, it'll be getting a little more attention now too…
