Sierra All Terrain Owners Question

I have a 2011 GMC Sierra SLT Z71 Crew Cab and I replaced the standard black grill with a grill that came off of a 2013 Sierra All Terrain Edition. I have one pet peeve with the AT grill. On the top cross bar there is a reflection that shows the underside of the hood. I am wondering if the All Terrain edition trucks have an extra or different hood trim piece that attaches to the underside of the hood to hide the unfinished area.

 

If they don't, I am thinking of painting the underside front of my hood flat black or maybe chrome color to improve this reflection. Any thoughts?????
