Cargo Roof Rack

Why the **** would we put **** racks our roof? ***** up the looks/lines dude, that's what the bed is for, and if the bed isn't enough then get a **** trailer

Why? To hold more shit I'd imagine. I like the looks of my truck but, the appearance is secondary to the function.

The front cooler rack, how do you attach it to truck?

Box tubing has been welded on the frame rails. Two pins and the rack comes right off.

found this really awesome rack while looking for one for my truck. Like Sppurshot mentioned earlier, sometimes mods have to be practical! Gonna start taking mine camping and trail riding (NOT MUDDING) soon and want a spot to keep a spare tire. If it rains it can get wet, don't wan to lose valuable space in the bed

custom laser cut sides for a perfect fit against the roofline. Only sticks up 3" at the tallest point from the cab. Can fit a 50" curved lightbar, 2 7" bars per side, and 2 10" bars in the back. Bolts under the rain gutter guards. Solid aluminum rack

thought id add this for anyone looking for a cleaner rack than a big bulky basket on the roof

Have you thought about a rear bumper with a tire mount? I'd think putting it on the roof would raise your center of gravity significantly.

I haven't found any rear bumpers with an attatched tire carrier. All I've seen so far are tire mounts that replace the tailgate which is something I don't want to do

just seeing this, but when I spoke to the guy who designed it he said that the wind noise is little to none. He tried to design it to be streamline so it would create as little noise as possible

Do you know how much he sells them for? I just put a thule sporter rack in the bed to put a RTT so it would be great to have another spot to put gear.

Old style Thule rack I used a Saturn fit kit to install. 4 kayaks and a sunfish sail. 220 mile trip each way at 70mph and no problem with stability. Stayed rock solid on the roof.

Also interested in that rack.

Pretty sure I remember it was $620 shipped. I'll see if I still have the guy's phone number

with my luck, those front guy wires would snap and the kayaks would lift and rip the entire skin off the roof of my truck.
