2007 Escalade Ext Cranks but wont start Help!

I have a 02 escalade ext I was at gas station left truck running came out and truck was dead would not start back up changed the relays around and truck started got truck home tried to start it again later that day would not start truck sat and tried again and truck started up drove it for like 15 mins and truck died while driving it again had to have it towed truck sat for days went out to start and would not start changed fuel pump still will not start before this happen when I brought the truck I had to change battery, alternator,intake manfold,egr valve,cam shaft position sensor,crank shaft sensor,fuel filter,mass air flow sensor,purge valve so I am lost can anyone help not sure what to do nexted I dont want to waste money buying part that i dont need to replace.

Do you hear the fuel pump run with key on after stall event?

Yes the fuel pump makes like a quick click sound when you turn key on thanks for helping I can not figure this out

The click is the relay,not the pump

After the click noise I heard like a humming noise for a few seconds then noise went away after that

I have power lights and everything else sounds like it wants to start but just turns over and will not start

Pull the vacuum line off regulator,give a sniff,smell like fuel?

I found  pressure vacuum line off regulator and took off  the rubber boot it

 is dry rotted cracked at the seem could this be the cause of it not starting thank you for all your help this truck has been a nightmare since I BROUGHT IT.I changed the boot had to get from dealership and replaced the fuel pressure regulator and still will not start
