When it comes to gun control, why is that the legal, law-abiding, 2nd amendment supporting, non-violent gun owners are ALWAYS the ones being ATTACKED for this matter? And why are the lowlife, recidivist, ain't go no respect for life thugs aren't being touched when it comes to gun control? Seems like a pointless agenda, doesn't it?

Because we as law abiding citizens are just that. The law applies to us because we choose to follow it so therefore we are attacked.

Criminals aren't because they don't follow the laws anyway. If they want guns they will get them, doesn't matter if they are available to the general public or not.

Because we are considered the extremist's by people who know better than us...

You will probably pick up on my sarcasm.

Right on. We're easy going, not violent prone, gun toting, people loving individuals in truth. To liberals, we are just violent terrorists. My .02

All the more reason to protect yourself and your family. Now that Detroit seems to have a decent police chief hopefully things will improve there. He's already spoken significantly in favor of CPL holders and it seems every week or two you hear of someone putting a bullet in a bad guy in the city. The way I see it, eventually criminals in the city will smarten up and find a new gig. Or the good guys will keep shooting them. As far as I'm concerned both are acceptable.

That's what I don't understand, they think if they ban guns and take them away from law abiding citizens that it will keep guns out of the hands of the criminals like they get the guns from us.

Guns crimes are the worst in "gun free zones" and in general the places that actually end up having the strictest guns laws. The thing that really gets me is how much the media harps on guns when it comes to crimes, like the attack by the kid in california, he killed just as many people with a knife as he did with a gun, but they went after the guns.

They'll be after some kind of knife legislation next. knives are super popular among the young male crowd here in CA. I'm sure they're next.

In the next few years steak knives and kitchen knives will probably have serial numbers and you will have to register your steak knife with the government haha
