Touch Screen Protectors

Has anyone had any experience using one of the available screen protectors?

 

Just trying to save the screen for the longterm.

Yes I got a screen protector for a 10" tablet screen. Measured & cut to fit.

I bought the Tech Armor screen protector. It is made for the GM touchscreen. You can get a 3 pack from Amazon for $20.

What is the advantage of the screen protector? I have one on my phone in case I drop it but, I don't see what the need is for one on the truck screen?

I've got pretty rough hands, so my guess is that over time it will probably leave light scratches on the screen.

Anyone know what the best way to remove them will be when the time comes? Seems like that may be a pain

They are very easy to remove. There is no adhesive they just go on like a cell phone screen protector.

The Tehc Armor guy worked with a few of us to get these to market. They have been great durring that process i ended up changing the protector several time to try dffrent sizes and finishes. the anti glare looks great and is just slightly more reflective then stock & the high clarity make the screen look like glass. Personally I like that one and haven't had reason to change it since I got the final production version.
