List of things wrong with my 2015 GMC 1500 Denali

I think I will need to test drive a 2015 and figure out what the problem is with the magnasteer. Wish I had that in my 2014 Denali. Probably the biggest problems the 15's have that the 14's don't. ;)

Where's those GM Bots sympathizers when you need them?

2k miles on my 2015 Denali and I'm having all of the same issues! Hell, even my fuel economy has been improving as I put more miles on the truck. If that keeps up, I'll be really ticked off and have to call my dealer.

Glad to hear you are enjoying your new truck, too. Looks very sharp.

LOL, that's hilarious about having to call your dealer!

If it wasn't for my seat (just very annoying) there really isn't anything to complain about. I would have gone GMC if they had those extras in 2014. I'm still going to go drive one. Just the local dealer is small and won't have a loaded one right away.

Just don't rub this thread in too bad... Some of us, myself included had or have serious problems with their vehicles... My first 14 truck was in the shop for a total of 28 days for a vibration... My dealer was great and they're the only reason why i got another 14 Chevy.. I couldn't even drive on the highway at all, and I traded my 06 that had 0 problems and drove great... I literally wouldn't even drive the truck and drove my wife's car instead. My second 14 has been great with no issues ( knock on wood).

I am truly sorry about your frustrations with your truck. I never intended to rub this in or poke fun at anyone's misfortune.

I only posted this as the bad seems to be outweighing the good but there are way more "good" trucks out there than "bad". I felt GM was getting a bad rap and the many with no problems had no voice. That's all. Sorry if I offended.

NP. Anyways, I was out black Friday shopping and got told my truck was beautiful tonight! I love my Chevrolet and I am so glad I didn't end up going to a Dodge...

It takes 12 positive experiences to make up for one unresolved negative experience.

News of bad customer service reaches more than twice as many ears as praise for a good service experience.

bad feedback on forums will always outweigh all the positive, i had a couple little glitches with my 14 off the bat:

t-case shifted neutral - did the recall no more issues.

got the dash cluster software upgrade, everything seemed fine then i lost bluetooth for a couple hours and then it all returned no more issues, i chalked that up to new software just needing to learn the system, no big deal at all.

my truck drives smooth, my buddy took it for a drive and couldnt believe how nice it was.

im fairly loyal to my dealership, 3rd truck from them....first fullsize.

overall im happy with it, my only complaint is i didnt buy a higher trim package with leather heated seats so ill put those in myself over the summer.

I, too understand how frustrating it must be to have a truck that has problems that aren't being resolved by the dealership. These trucks cost a lot of money and we have a right to expect perfection. In my case, and most of the rest of us. Chevy and GMC delivered with a really reliable truck, with the amenities of a luxury car. I am as pleasantly surprised with my truck as those with problems are frustrated with theirs. I just think a thread like this is needed to show that the vast majority of us haven't been plagued with problems and are happy with our trucks.

Good luck to the rest of you have had issues. As I said you have a right to expect the quality you paid for.
