Cool, I was going to go with the 305's originally, but ended up going with the stock size 285's in Yokahama Parada Spec-X. Love them! Much better traction than Bridgestone's on my other truck, but would love the look of a little more width. Was just scared they might rub at full lock. Will look up your wheels and compare offset to be sure.

I had Versante wheels with a 25mm offset before with the same tires and didn't have any rubbing issues.

I have Black Rhino Traverse with 25mm offset so it sounds like I'll be trying the 305's when I need tires again.
