just checked and my onstar app seems to be working.

Mine's working, but going very slow. Took 2-3 mins this morning for it to start my truck.

Tried to set it up last night on my new truck, wouldn't let me sign in, and the recovery methods weren't a working either. They would come up with an error screen, not an incorrect password screen. Guessing it was server issues people are talking about? Just gonna have to call up Onstar today, hope my experience is better than what some people are saying on here. What is everybody else's experience with them?

not working here either, was hopeing to use at times when I didn't want to carry keys, lake, beach, etc but if its this unreliable I doubt I will. I have called onstar and got the run around the 1st 2 times, they are finally admiting they have a major problem. they also mentioned that a new 2.0 App will be released soon

I called OnStar Technical Support again about my open case. They checked with senior technical support and reported back simply that "they are aware of the problem and are working on a solution". So I guess we will just have to wait and hope that they are taking this seriously and are devoting resources to solving it.

Its working for me now, but I cannot log on to the onstar page anymore, keeps saying locale is not the preferred one or something.

I get "Input locale is different from user preferred locale." when I tried to log in, I am in Canada. I think the Canadian Portion is not updated yet.

OnStar has been upgrading their system(s) the last few days. My app seems to work fine this whole time, but I'm not able to sign in on the online account on the website.

Mine has been working all day. (sw Ont).

That's what shows up with mine to when I try to log in on the website. I've called a couple times and they said they're still updating the system(s). I'm in the US so it's not just out for Canada. My app also still works and I believe has worked the whole time. For me it's been out since this past weekend.
