Dissappointed in Weathertech's Customer service

Same experience here. Ordered through Cabela's and the fit is not up to par to say the least. I called them, same exact response, hair dryer or flip them upside down or take issue up with Cabela's. This flipping upside down trick seemed to help. The driver's side fits decent now but the pass side still wants to curl in. I guess for what its worth I would rather have the driver side fit better since I have to look at it all the time.

My fronts curled for a few weeks as well but have settled in nice every since, I love em :)

What's the secret?

I have bought Weathertechs for three other vehicles with no issues.

However, The ones that I bought for my 2014 Denali do not fit well at all.

I did order them from Cabelas. WT's Customer service would like me to use a hair dryer to reshape them or either take it up with Cabela's Customer service.

Rediculous...

Thank you for the pictures. After reviewing pictures, the parts you have are correct.

I do see how the corners are bending in. This is rare but when it does happen we recommend that the liners be removed, turn them inside out, leave them like this overnight and in the morning turn them right side in again. Or you can re-shape them by using a blow dryer on medium heat and bend them back.

If this does not help you’ll have to contact Cabela’s for a warranty replacement. If they have any questions they can contact their sales representative here.

That is just complete BS, return them and buy Husky's, you won't have to 'fix' their mats.

To anyone thinking about returning their WTs for Huskys, keep the WT rear mat. I've had both. The Husky fronts are superior to the WT fronts. The WT rear is a little nicer than the Husky. Wish I would have known; I have all Husky now. Wish I still had WT rear.

I'm at decision height and about to purchase a rear full floor mat so this is good to know. Could you post some pics of your rear mat? It actually stays in place, lays flat, and doesn't curl-up?

I snapped some pics, but it's telling me they are too large. Got another way I can send them?

Huskys don't curl and don't move around. They also don't require any cheesey Velcro. I still think Husky fronts and WT rear is the way to go.

Weather Tech sucked in my 2010. I freaking hated the fit, hated that they would not stay put. Hated the curl.

Left them upside down out side in 100 degree weather and they never laid down.

Felt totally ripped off. A $40 set from Walmart fit about the same.

I will never buy there product again.

Before buying them for my Denali, I bought weathertechs for a Ford Raptor and a BMW X3.

Obviously they have enough sales volume to not be concerned about customers comming back in the future.

I had WT's in my 07 Silverado, and they fit like a glove. My dealer had WT's in stock when I got my 2014, and we tried 2 different sets, and neither fit worth a (you know what). For the price of the WT's I'm not going to screw around with a hair dryer, trying to get them to fit. They should fit perfectly right out of the box.....period.

Anyway, I also went with the Husky X-Act fit mats, and they fit and look great. I have a Z71, and the Husky's don't cover the Z71 Sill plates, where a lot of others apparently do. I'm very happy, and I really think WT has taken a hit on their sales to 2014 Chevy/GM truck owners.

They better get their act together soon, because I would expect that the cab dimensions for the Chevy/GM trucks will be constant for a while.

I have heard that WT did in fact do a redesign, but this is just word of mouth stuff........don't know if it really happened or not. Probably if a redesign was done, and promoted by WT, they would be getting a lot of unhappy customers looking for free replacements, so from WT's view, its just as well to just phase in the "improved" design with little fanfare.

Here's a couple of shots of the Husky X-Acts fit mats

My son ordered a full set of WeatherTech's for front and rear. Even though the order and invoice were correct, the rear was the wrong part and didn't fit.

He got on the phone with customer service and got a guy he described as a "prick". :nonod:

He finally got satisfaction, but only after using my now-famous line... "Let me speak the person who can fire you!"

The correct rear mats are now in his truck.

I just got done dealing with their CS through email. The ones in my Cruze had the Weathertech logo come off of one, and the velcro that is glued to the mats to hold them to the floor keeps coming off. After I supplied them with THEIR part number they have agreed to send me new hardware and logos. Next time I'll be buying Husky Liners.
