How can I lift my sonoma low rider?

My 02 sonoma was lowered by the previous owner and I have been searching everywhere on what I have to do to lift this thing back up, I cant get answers anywhere. I want to lift it back up to the height it was when it came out of the factory. I like the way my truck looks but the ride is a different story and is pretty much hell on wheels. I need to figure this out before I get sued by one of my passagers. The trucks rides like a log wagon in the west virginia moutains. please share your suggestions.

Can you tell what's been done to the suspension, as far as the front did they put lowered spindles on it or change the spring, as far as the rear did they just put blocks on it or did they change the leaf springs? If they changed the spindles and the springs you will have to buy new ones on the rear of it's blocks buy some U bolts and take the blocks out but if it's the leaf springs you will have to replace those. Any pics you can take would be helpful.

Post some pics of the suspension. That will give us an idea of what was done to drop your truck.

It looks like the coil isn't in the bucket, like it's been cut and just slapped together..

Ya from what I can tell you might just need to buy stock coil springs for the front and take out the axle blocks from between the axle and leaf springs. But like I said, I don't know much about lowering but that's what I can tell. I bet it rides like sh*t too with cut coils.

It rides like complete crap and its a B**ch because you can feel every bump and I have to slow down for most of them because the front bumper will slam on the ground. I need a smooth ride that has the clearance to go over a speed bump without dragging the frame. I will be checking more into this so I can be sure thats what im up against. I also need to figure that rear axle block thing out, not sure what they look like but im sure i can google it.

It's the blocks between the axle itself and the leaf spring. Think of it has a lift block on a lift kit but just under the axle to lower. All you'd have to buy for the rear is stock length u-bolts. So new coil springs for the front and take the rear axle blocks out and use stock length u-bolts. That is if I'm right about the front and rear.

Look at one of your pics, I circled the block with a black circle.
