Picked it up a couple weeks ago. Finally read up enough on everything and ordered the leveling kit, next is either powdercoat stock or order black wheels & bigger tires. Did a little "blackout" to that massive chrome grill while im waiting.

My 2015 2500HD LT Z71 6.0L one of the few days it is actually clean. Hard to keep any vehicle clean living on rural gravel roads like I do. Hard to believe, but white shows less dirt than the other darker colors. Just a good 'ol farm truck.

Just picked up this 2500 yesterday. Traded in my 08 1500 good god what a difference. I still felt bad leaving my old truck she was a good truck and took me everywhere I needed but it was time to step up. I took the 2500 out on freeway dang it was smooth ride. Its also my first GMC truck after 30 years of Silverado. Im happy

Hello all. My is Ron from McKinney, TX (Dallas area). I have been lurking here for a couple months while doing research for my next truck purchase. Good, informative site.

 

My first truck was a 1970 Chevy with a straight six, and three on the tree. The only other Chevy truck I have owned was a 1989 S-10. I have owned a couple Ford half tons, a couple Dodge/Ram half tons, and a couple Cummins powered Dodge/Ram 2500s.

 

After all my research, on Monday I bought a 2015 Chevy 2500 4x2 6.0. Love the truck so far. It will be used as my daily driver and to haul Jeeps around. Looking forward to learning more from you guys.

Hey Ron, I wouldn't say they are crappy pics. How can that be? You are taking pics of a 2500HD! Congrats and a great looking pickup. "three on the tree", I was rather fond of those. Had a couple of vehicles with that setup. My first pickup though was a '66 C10 with a 283 and 4 speed. Great pickup. Cliff

Boy, seems like White is the preferred color nowadays! I don't feel so much like the ugly orphan anymore! Lot's of smart people around here.

It's funny how I wouldn't have been likely to get white when I got my truck back in 08 but in the past few years I've seen a lot of sweet looking white trucks and I'm kinda changing my mind.
