Thinking about getting the stick on low profile auto vent shade rain guards for my 2015 crew cab. Any wind noise? Do you like them better than the original type?

I like the ones that go inside the window frame MUCH better than the stick on outside variety. Had those once and the front corner of one kept coming loose.

 

If they're inside the window even if the tape comes loose you can't tell.

I love mine. No wind noise and look good. The ones inside the window track can cause issues with the window "sensing" causing multiple relearns.

There is a long post somewhere in here on pros and cons of each. I had the in channel ones, had issues and then went and got the stick on kind. Lots of different opinions on each style though.

The dealer installed vent shade stick on name brand ones on my crew cab. No wind noise at all. I don't know what the original type are to be able to compare. I do like the ones I have though.
